The OUB:
1. Polls all the nodes for the poller that are not unmanaged or external every 2 minutes or as fast as it can if it is unable to do it in 2 minutes.
2. Updates the ResponseTime_Detail table so you don't lose history
3. Shows status and statistics in the windows application grid for all the nodes - updated every few seconds
4. Can send an email when a node changes status from Up to Down.
It does not update the Nodes table in this incarnation but that is something we are considering for a future release. Any other feedback is welcome.
Other upgrade tips include -
1. You can now run Additional Poller Configuration Wizards simultaneously once the main is upgraded, so you should cut down your overall down time if you have multiple pollers.
2. You can skip the website optimization to end the configuration wizard sooner.
Overall we are hoping that your upgrade experience for 10.7 leaves you with no gaps in your ResponseTime table and less down time than ever. We tried to make configuration wizard run faster than previously as well.
