We use Exchange Server 2010 / Microsoft Corporation / Version : 14.01.0355.002

For Alert Central we use the version for HyperV but 2 months ago we tested beta version for VMware with the same problem.

AC version : 1.0.1.471

But we have also the same problem with log :
