Is there some way I can not do this?
To be honest I hate it and don't class it as a 'feature'. The customer ID and login are all I need and I do not want to have to create an email login for several different people in the company, especially when Solarwinds still sends me emails with the Customer ID and Password in it that I can't use to login in with anyway. All it's doing is turning something simple and easy to manage into something complex that has an increase in management if you can even get it working and all for no benefit, apart from preventing me from logging in. I don't want to give you all of the information you ask for as your overly aggressive sales people annoy the **** out of me and I don't want them contacting me at all. Thanks.
