AlertCentral Admin Control Panel - Invalid Login Credentials

I have received Upgrade notification, downloaded ISO, went to my Admin Control Panel and.. have received this error:

Same credentials in VMWare console works ok:

I believe this might be because of special characters in my password. There is an "!" (exclamation mark) in my password. Can anyone please advise how to reset it on advise how do workaround this issue
