This is a repost of an earlier post that has not received any responses. I am hoping that posting this to a larger forum might get a response.
I find the SolarWinds Storage Response Time Monitor for Windows a handy little tool and have used it quite successfully in the past. Recently, I started working for a new company and installed the tool but I am unable to connect to the vCenter. I receive the error "The session in not authenticated." I can login and manage the vCenter with the same credentials that I am using with Storage Responce Time Monitor. What ports need to be open? Are there any configuration options in the vCenter that need to be configured or verified? Is there anything else that I should check?
