I'm sorry that WPM does not what you would expect. I'll pass this to our management as a feature request but that is all I can do now regarding keystrokes support.
However, we may still be able to make WPM playback working reliably without keystrokes if we have chance to look at it. May I ask you for your support case number so that I can check what is the status and if there is anything we can do?
