Although not a direct solution... one could setup up an F5 (BigIP) like device in a DMZ and provide access to SolarWinds main console via a website... thus, the URL needed to see is available. We have a similar setup that allows us to get to the console via our mobile devices. Yes, some things are available with a simple login, like email... but to get to the console we have a VPN login as one of the options on the page, so we have access to our NPM/WPM console. Kind of nice to see how things are going from one's phone or tablet when the laptop is not available. Like I said... it is not attaching a screenshot, but it is access to your environment via web connection using any device that can hit a website.
