TLS check for destination email server

We have our Exchange servers setup to utilize opportunistic TLS encryption with common destinations (external companies).

In order to verify that their TLS is working, we manually confirm this using an external site to create this connection with their email server.

Is it possible, and how to implement it for that matter, to have an Orion module check to see, and alert if needed, if their email servers are negotiating/accepting TLS encrypttion?  Typically, what I've been seeing is how to check your own servers, not the 3rd party's servers.

We'd like to set it up to check and record the results every few hours.
