Finally got enough fires put out to get the VMAN Installation updated to latest version released just last week. The VMAN server had a in place upgrade performed on the system. There were no problems encountered. The Orion server had the latest version of the IVIM installation completed. Made sure to down load the same version as VMAN (both on same page) Ran through the wizard without issue. I'm seeing alot more data coming across, as described by a few posts by Solarwinds,.
Here's the issue. While exploring the new features of the system I found a tab missing data. Beneath a Virtualization Summary/Hyper-V Host Details and under the Virtualization Summary tab.
1. The ESX Host details panel has data.. albeit we're viewing a Hyper-V box. So the first point - Please finalize the cut over on the presentation to reflect the correction Hyper-Visor software running on the host.. Stop using ESX please.
2. Related Notes, Host:CPU,Memory,Network, Resource Utilization panels are all blank and asking to Launch the Virtualization Manager Console. I can't find anything to correct this issue. To be clear on my current implementation, if this matters, i just applied Dynamic baseline thresholds across 60+ Hyper-V boxes about an hour before attempting to view this tab... if that matters.
Any assistance would be helpful. Attached a picture displaying the issue with the tab.
