Hi Olha,

 

This doesn't make sense to me -- it seems that this is assuming that Alertcentral knows better how alerts should be handled than the person configuring the alerts.

 

If I say I want both users to be notified on both email + sms, then shouldn't Alertcentral trust that is what I want to do?

 

At the very least, this should be a configurable option.
