I received the following email from SolarWinds last night.
An internal system review has determined that a number of SolarWinds Certified Professional SCP welcome kits were not shipped. In some cases they may have been significantly delayed. We sincerely apologize for the oversight and any frustration this may have caused. Please rest assured that you are a SolarWinds Certified Professional in good standing, and that only the shipping of your physical welcome kit was missed.
We will be shipping all backlog orders June 11th, with expected delivery within a few days after. (Some international shipments may require a bit more time to reach their destination.) Because of the delay, we realize your postal address may have changed and would like to give you a chance to make any corrections and assure you receive your kit.
If the details below are correct,please do nothingand your order will be shipped to the listed address. If there are errors below, please reply to this email before 6:00PM Central US Time, Tuesday, June 10th with the corrections and we’ll update your address.
Note: SCP kits are shippedFOB Origin, (Incoterms CPT). If the shipping address you confirm below is incorrect, we unfortunately can't send a replacement. Please be certain the details below are correct:
