These screen snipits are not enough to properly diagnose the issue. Beyond the availability chart I have seen nothing that reflects a warning or critical status. I recommend that you ensure that the nodes where AppInsight for Exchange is enabled are managed via WMI, and that all volumes on your Exchange servers are monitored. Based on the screenshot above it appears as though none of the volumes are currently being monitored. This is why SAM is unable to calculate the amount of space available on the volume where the mailbox database resides. Beyond that I would need to look at both the expanded "All Applications" resource to see which component is in distress, as well as the "Edit Application" for the assigned application and "Edit Thresholds" for at least one of the databases that appears in a warning or critical state. This would however probably be easier to troubleshoot via support than an online forum. I suggest opening a case with support if you are not able to resolve the issue on your own.
