I would like to ensure all switches inside the Solarwinds system can give me the Model, product code and the firmware version accurately rather than keeping track using a customized NCM field. Is this possible?
Currently in the picture below, there is no particular field that i can grab these information from. Is there a way to populate this field correctly? I am a newbie in this. Am i missing a MIB for the below mentioned switch (HP 2920-24G-POE+)
