I would suggest a full reboot of the manager to see if that resolves of as curtisi suggests, get an SSH connection established and review the watchlog to see if there are any error messages. If the issue persists, it will be a case of getting a case logged with SolarWinds support to troubleshoot. LEM 6.0 has been released last month, so it may be worth upgrading if you have valid maintenance as this release includes features as well as fixes applicable to nDepth search stability.
