I have noticed recently that the last few support calls I made to Solarwinds I have been on hold for over 45 minutes each time before I actually speak to a person. This is very different from our experiences with Cisco TAC and other vendors.
Has something recently changed at Solarwinds that is causing these calls to be queued for so long? We have been a NPM user since 2007 and never had this kind of wait time to speak to support.
I am just wondering if this is the new normal or if there is something temporary that is causing the extended wait times. I am interested to hear other's recent experiences.
