The schema isn't published, and is not really guaranteed to remain the same with versions. The API is the preferred option for data extraction and be backward compatible.
If you want to query the database directly, the easiest way to figure out which tables have that data is to add the columns you need using the legacy report writer and use the Show SQL option in the report designer to display the SQL
