Go to your traps section of your Orion server's web interface:  ...//servername/Orion/NetPerfMon/Traps.aspx.  What do you see there?  If you are getting traps, this should reflect what's in your database.  Of course you could query your traps table via Database Manager or SQL Studio to see what trap info is being stored.
