So - funnily enough - the credential test passing is not technically a bug, as the E-series/LSI provider doesn't actually do any authentication. Yes - we could have modified our Add Provider screen to accommodate that nuance, but it doesn't really break anything, so....
However, I am concerned that it's not seeing your devices on the following step. A couple of questions:
- Are you on RC2?
- Is this same device being monitored from the Profiler side? With the same Provider?
- What version of the LSI provider are you using? It's possible we may not support older providers due to SMI spec changes in the profiles.
- Can you please file a Support Ticket and post the number back here?
