Well, you can create monthly reports and schedule it to be emailed to certain email box and keep it there for as long as you need to. Each month will go to that email box, so you can go back at any time. Yes, it is a hassle to go via diff files for each month, but you easily can join them if you decide so in a single file. A bit more work but it is a work around.
