A LEM agent was installed on a new server today. The console shows the LEM appliance is recognizing the node but not allowing connection. I have unistalled the agent on the server and reinstalled it a couple of times but it does not connect. The console is not displaying the server's complete host name and the fact that the USB is disabled. The first time the agent was deployed, the LEM appliance never recognized. A few events later, I discovered the LEM appliance had been taken down without my knowledge. Could the LEM database be corrupt? ...or could something else be the cause of the connection failing? Any ideas as to what the problem might be is appreciated.
