The Universal Device Poller included in NPM will show the value of the SNMP OID being monitored, as the example below demonstrates. Unfortunately, while SAM/NPM's out-of-the-box Hardware Health Monitoring can be added to Network Atlas Maps, the values (such as temperature) is not shown on the map.
