How a tech would go about using the software, cover general items like
- Creating tickets
- Updating tickets
- Linking assets to tickets
- Using the various menu options
For the Client guide, It would cover the menu that the end user sees. Tell them how to
- review old requests,
- cancel requests,
- update requests
- use the FAQ
