Custom Report to show ALL monitors

I submitted a ticket but was told it was a custom report and to post a question to the Thwack forum.

I am trying to get a report of ALL the monitors in our system.  I found a table for AlertDefinitions that has all of the alerts in the "Alert Manager" it shows the name and description.  I'd like to see the triggers but it only shows the query that is triggered in this alert.  I'd like to see all of the thresholds set for the alert itself.

Also any other alerts that are not in the Alert Manager would be helpful.
