I'm afraid they won't work side by side very well, but I recommend to backup scheduled tasks. Simply make a backup of whole folder: C:\ProgramData\RhinoSoft\FTP Voyager\. Most important file is Scheduler.Archive, but it's safer to backup whole folder.
